Her.meneutics Site Redesign

Christianity Today magazine launched the redesign of its women’s site, Her.meneutics, which since its 2009 inception has become one of Christianity Today’s most popular and shared websites. Her.meneutics, edited by Kate Shellnutt and Katelyn Beaty, provides news analysis from the perspective of evangelical women, covering such topics as marriage, pop culture, parenting, health, and international justice. Alongside the launch of the redesigned site comes the launch of a new logo and tagline, “Christian Women. Cultural Comment,” which properly sums up what the site is about.

CT managing editor Katelyn Beaty says, “Whatever you think about the color scheme, the font, the image size, the ‘So Hot Right Now’ feature, and a hundred other new details, we think readers will find the updated website easier and more pleasing to browse, making for an overall better reading experience.”

The newly redesigned site falls under the larger site at and features plenty of site improvements and new pages. New pages include an in-depth writers’ page with personal bios, photos, and all their content under one page, an FAQ page with many of the most asked questions about the site, and an archives page that makes it easier than ever to access older content.
